This design proposes a series of small interventions to improve the community spaces of a large apartment community on a small lake near Everett, Washington. We developed a language of simple gable and fence structures made of wood 2x6s spaced closely together for a dense screen. These are distributed around the site at points of interest to encourage community engagement.
This project was designed in collaboration with Dan Dizazzo, Landscape Architect
